We have one superstar, who we would like to give you some feedback on.

It is fair to say that Jimmy, has been the glue that has enabled the smooth running of this process on a day-to-day shop floor level.

His professionalism, experience, knowledge and despite his jack of all trades approach has a sharp eye on attention to details.

He has the ability to covert builders’ language, expectations, and schedules into simple no frills nursing language, listens to us, manager and ward staff and has a good understanding of the workings of our unit. This ensures daily that we are know what works are being undertaken, if we have significant disruption how long it will be for and does tweak the timings as and when required at our request. We feel we are always kept up to speed.

We would be lost without him, we have probably haunted him at times, however he is always approachable, nothing has been too much trouble and even when we can see he is stressed remains professional and listens.

We are both very experienced managers within NHS and have worked alongside many contractors. This is the first email thanking staff that we have ever sent. We have offered him a drug and/or alcohol detox should he ever require one!!

 Good working relationship with Greenmount throughout the project. Special thanks to Brian [Donelly] and Gary Green who got it over the line. 

An exceptionally professional service from start to finish. The whole team understood the context of our environment and were sympathetic to this through out the works, including a hard deadline for the project to be completed prior to the start of the academic year.

I would just like to send an email to express how pleased I am with Lee and his team who have completed the Bolton CAMHS refurbishment works for Greater Manchester Mental Health.

Firstly, the feedback from the service has been outstandingly positive, the staff felt nothing was to big of an ask, any worries where listened to and rectified, all staff have respected the unique environment and obviously completed some very high level of work which I am very pleased with.

Also, Lee has been fantastic to work with, the service probably don’t see how much work Lee does in the background so I want to make sure positive feedback gets to him personally, Lee has managed this project with excellent skill and has represented your company brilliantly, I will look forward to working with Lee on future projects!.

A great project delivered for the College working to challenging timescales set by the client to ensure that the premises were ready for the new students at the start of September. Thank you team GP!

Lee was a great Contracts manager to deal with and was easy to engage with and worked with us rather than against us in a very collaborative manner. Dave was a fantastic site manager and ran the job very smoothly, with confidence but was also more than happy to seek assurance with any queries he had. What made this project different to a few other was the fact the MD mike actually came to site a few times to check on the works and the availability of senior management (Dan Ryding) if and when i had any queries. 

The level of effort put in by the team to complete internal works under difficult timescales is greatly appreciated. The feedback we've had from project stakeholders has been brilliant. Thank you Greenmount Projects!

I was particularly impressed with the design team, Molly is very knowledgeable and easy to work with, thank you Greenmount! 

Great project from design consultation, to installation. External factors meant the project schedule had to brought forward by 2 weeks, this was agreed too, organised, and completed ahead of schedule by the contracts manager.

The works were completed quickly and efficiently and well within the timescale. Professional communication and updates were provided throughout.   We are very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend the team.
