Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technician to join our expanding team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects while being supported by our Creative Director and Technical Director, giving you the perfect balance of design inspiration and technical excellence.

You will play a key role in translating concepts into precise technical drawings and coordinated construction information. Working closely with both the design and delivery teams, you will help ensure projects are not only visually strong but also technically sound and buildable.

The successful candidate will have around five years’ experience in an Architectural Technician role or a similar technical position, with strong proficiency in AutoCAD. You will have a sound understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods, and be confident producing high‑quality technical detailing across all project stages.

Key Responsibilities

Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages.
Prepare planning and building regulation submissions.
Develop working drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Assist in design development and technical problem-solving.
Ensure compliance with current UK building regulations and standards.

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated electrician who works well as part of a team to join our electrical department. The successful candidate will have experience working on commercial projects and will be expected to work alongside the maintenance and projects departments on commercial electrical schemes.

General duties of this role will involve carrying out electrical works to commercial buildings, schools including higher education buildings and NHS properties including offices and healthcare facilities.
