Overview

This role will be crucial in the successful delivery of fit out and refurbishment programmes, and the role would ideally be suited to a Project / Contracts Manager who comes from a Construction fit-out background, with broad experience in design and build.

The successful applicant will have to be motivated and work well under pressure during busy periods. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, as well as excellent time management.

Requirements

The successful applicant will be a self-motivated, ambitious, and dynamic individual with the ability to deliver results.
Minimum 5 years interior fit out experience of commercial projects.
Be able to run multiple projects on time and within budget.
To be able to build relationships with clients/sub-contractors/internal team.
Strong written and analytical skills and experience using project management software.
Detailed knowledge of safe working practices and Construction, Design and Management regulations.

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated electrician who works well as part of a team to join our electrical department. The successful candidate will have experience working on commercial projects and will be expected to work alongside the maintenance and projects departments on commercial electrical schemes.

General duties of this role will involve carrying out electrical works to commercial buildings, schools including higher education buildings and NHS properties including offices and healthcare facilities.
