Greenmount Projects had the pleasure of collaborating with Verde Services on a design-only project for their new office space. As Verde was already working with a developer for the construction of the unit, they sought GP's design expertise could enhance the "white shell."

The design team conducted a site visit to fully understand the office’s functional requirements. From there, they developed an initial space plan, which was promptly approved by the client. Following this, a comprehensive technical package was prepared, including detailed joinery plans, 3D visuals, and a full 3D walkthrough. The presentation of the proposed scheme was well-received, requiring no revisions.

In addition to design, GP extended its services to include furniture procurement and bespoke joinery solutions, also providing a cost to build and install. Greenmount Projects worked closely with both the developer and the client to ensure a seamless transition as Verde prepares to move into their new office.
