Wigan and Leigh College envisioned their Parsons Walk building to be refurbished into a University Centre of Performing Arts. Within this project, the three floors underwent alterations to form a Theatre with tiered seating and state of the art lighting and sound systems all held inside of a sound proof surrounding.

The first and second floor featured various learning rooms including classrooms with Bespoke media walls, radio and music rooms, a green screen room and dance studios with specialised flooring.
