The Works
The project combined the construction of a new-build facility with the refurbishment of the Pagefield Campus Reception, the project required seamless coordination of multiple workstreams within a live operational environment. The programme demanded precise sequencing to align structural, services, and architectural works, while ensuring minimal disruption to surrounding campus activities.
The Works
The new build included full substructure works, piling and steel frame erection, followed by roof installation, cladding, and curtain walling to create a high-performance envelope. External works delivered a new entrance, canopy, signage, and landscaping to enhance the campus frontage.
Internally, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing firstfix installations were undertaken. After stud walls were formed, finishes started with mist coats, progressing through second fix joinery and MEP installations, and concluding with decoration, flooring, and final fix activities.
The Pagefield reception refurbishment involved a full strip-out and reconfiguration, new partitions and ceilings, bespoke joinery, and integrated M&E installations, resulting in a modern, functional reception space.
