The Small Works were enlisted on this project to restore a recently vandalised youth centre to its former glory. The project included a thorough strip out of the building to remove any fire-damaged elements and completely refurbish the whole structure, including the outer roof.

The building has been completely rewired, replastered, decorated, and has a new heating system. New windows have been installed, as well as a modest contemporary kitchen and WC. Unfortunately, the fire damage did extend to the outdoor areas, but a brand new shed has been assembled and outdoor canopy installed.
