The Works
The works included extensive re-modelling and revised construction of the café area and waiting area, which was carried out during the evening to reduce disruption to staff, patients and visitors.
New fire prevention & suppression technical designs were formed to compartmentalise all areas along with new fire doors to all entrances, fire compartmentation to all walls and carried into soffits. Other works included plastering throughout, new suspended ceilings, internal glazing decoration and flooring.
The M&E consisted of new lighting and removal and refitting heating system radiators after construction works were completed
