Greenmount were tasked to work alongside the Client adviser (Arcadis) and design team of Youth Studio and Chapman & Taylor to deliver a residents’ gym and studio fit-out within a new high-rise property development in the centre of Manchester.

This included contractor design elements, and working in collaboration with the consulting design team, to transform the large floor area from an empty shell space into a high-quality and fully equipped gym. 

Works included full M&E design and installation, fire curtains, acoustic ceilings and flooring, bespoke joinery, specialised gym floor coverings, wall lining, plastering, decoration, suspended ceiling, lighting and AV equipment.  

All works were completed to high-end specification standards and delivered on budget in the agreed 11-week programme.
