Molly Durkin - Creative Director
I joined Greenmount Projects as Head of Design back in January 2020 with the exciting task of setting up a design department in a relatively new construction company. The aim was to be able to offer new and existing clients a full turn-key package. Fast forward a few years and I have now been promoted to Creative Director, leading a dynamic design team that has not only expanded but flourished.
Coming from a design studio background, I have now been immersed into the complexities of the construction industry. Working on highly technical projects in collaboration with various departments, I have had the privilege of applying my knowledge from the BM Trada Fire Door accreditation I have gained whilst being at Greenmount. The opportunity to work on exciting projects with high-profile clients sparks my excitement and keeps my team motivated. The client journey is a huge passion of mine and I thrive building client relationships and taking them through the GP design processes we have inherited. I always aim to deliver on our promise and keep the client happy.
