We have successfully transformed two technology classrooms at St. Mary’s College into a modern gym facility. This project, spanning 25 days, encompassed structural modifications, flooring enhancements, electrical installations, and final aesthetic improvements.

The initial demolition and structural modifications involved the removal of existing classroom fixtures over a five-day period, and doorways were enclosed to optimise the new space layout.

Flooring and plastering enhancements followed, with the flooring reinforced to ensure durability and suitability for gym activities. Skirting installations and plastering were completed to achieve a polished and structurally sound interior.

Electrical installations and the addition of double-glazed units were managed over ten days. The team ensured proper lighting and power distribution within the gym, while a double-glazed unit was incorporated to enhance insulation and maintain an optimal indoor climate.

The final phase encompassed painting and aesthetic refinements to create a vibrant and engaging fitness environment. The decoration was completed within ten days, ensuring the project was delivered on schedule.

The successful completion of this project provided St. Mary’s College students with a dedicated gym, harnessing physical fitness and overall well-being. The logistics of the refurbishment ensured minimal disruption to the school environment, and the new facility now serves as a vital component of the institution’s extracurricular programmes.
