The project encompassed a range of critical tasks, including the erection of four new consulting rooms with high-quality finishes, including suspended ceilings, decorative elements, floor finishes, and polished doors. A modernised reception area featuring a newly designed reception counter to improve patient and staff interactions was also completed. Integration of essential M&E services, including air conditioning installation, fire alarm adaptations, and new lighting, was carried out. Additionally, staff panic systems were installed to ensure a safe and secure environment for both staff and patients.

Operating within a fully functional mental health clinic required careful scheduling to minimise disruption. Work was strategically phased, ensuring that client care remained uninterrupted. Maintaining a safe environment was paramount. Stringent safety protocols were adhered to, including noise and dust control measures, clear demarcation of work zones, and flexible work hours to accommodate clinic operations. With a five-week completion deadline, efficient project management was essential. Daily progress tracking and proactive problem-solving ensured that all milestones were met on schedule.

The completed project delivered a significant enhancement to the clinic’s infrastructure, providing modern, well-equipped consulting rooms and a welcoming reception area.
