Olivia Orritt has recently been promoted to Finance Team Leader on the Accounts department, showcasing her unwavering dedication and exceptional skills in the field. Olivia's journey with the company began straight out of completing her GCSEs at the age of 16, and her commitment has been nothing short of impressive.
Embarking on a one-year apprenticeship in AAT Level 2 Accounting with Greenmount Projects and Wigan & Leigh College, Olivia demonstrated meticulous hard work to successfully complete the program. Not content to rest on her laurels, she took the initiative to study independently, achieving AAT Level 3 and setting her sights on becoming a fully qualified AAT Accountant by the end of the coming year through the company.
Over the past two years, Olivia has seamlessly integrated into the workplace environment, earning her promotion through consistent hard work and dedication. Her contributions have been particularly noteworthy, playing a pivotal role in the implementation of a paperless invoicing system. Olivia's initiative, combined with a genuine care for the company, has established her as an indispensable asset to the accounting team.
